We currently have our users mail on exchange, and we are
using outlook as the client. Users are attached to our
network directly have no problem opening their
mailboxes. But users who dial up over a modem can't open
their mailboxes. Outlook either doesn't resolve the
mailbox name or says can't open default folders. We are
capable of pinging the exchange server through the dial-
up. OWA even works through the dial up. We even
successfully RPC pinged the exchange server through dial-
up. This issue just started when we switch the subnet or
exchange server is on. Any idea how to get the dial-up
clients working again.
