Outlook to auto reply to a user when their calendar is booked

What would be helpful is if you receive a meeting request, that you can have
a rule that checks to see if you have conflicts on your calendar. If so, a
standard reply would be sent to the user like: "I have a conflict with the
meeting request you have sent. Please contact my assistant to verify my
availability"
