Outlook to CSV - via OCR

Sorry for the cross posting but I'm looking for the right group.

Can this be done with the standard Office tool set?

Age old problem... I receive multiple emails daily which have to be manually
keyed into our tracking system. I'd like to print (???) the email to OCR and
scrub the resulting document to capture our tracking data.

Anyone know which tools would be best suited for this? Or maybe a different
method altogether?

ps - if this is not the right group point me in the right direction

What Office version?

Why would you want to print the email to OCR instead of just saving the message?

Office 2003 - because I suppose I'm still living in the "Bronze Age" (that
being just this side of the Stone Age).

I would gladly delve into saving it and pulling from there but need guidance
to do so.

File | Save As will save an individual item. If you want to automate the task with VBA, go to http://www.outlookcode.com and search for topics like "save messages." I'm pretty sure others have written some nice code for that.
