Outlook to Outlook

Hi,

Not sure where to post this. I use Outlook 07 for email, calendar and tasks
on our office desktop. I would like to share, export, copy (or whatever the
correct term is) the calendar and tasks from the desktop to my laptop.

There are times I'm working from home and it would be extremely helpful to
view and update the calendar and tasks without having to work off of a hard
copy.

Can this be done?

Thanks!

Do you use the same version at home? If so, you can email your calendar as
an ics file (or save the ics and take it home). For tasks, you'll need to
export or copy the tasks to a pst then open it at home using file, open,
outlook data file.

Hi,

I do use the same version at home. If I email the calendar as an ics file,
can I open it up in my home Outlook without losing any information? Also, if
I made changes to the calendar on my home laptop would I reverse the process
and email back to the office?

I did try exporting the tasks to a pst but let me try copying them from the
desktop to the laptop.

Also, I didn't address viewing emails from home. Is there anyway Outlook can
be set up so I can receive, read, respond to emails no matter what computer
I'm on?

Thanks!
