Outlook to PWA connection issue

I have Outlook 2003. PWA cannot find Outlook when i try to import outlook
tasks or any other function that PWA should allow for. What add-in do I need
to install to allow for this and where do i access the add-in?

Under PWA > Tasks > Click 'View and report on your tasks from your Outlook
calendar'

Download the Outlook Add-in. Once it has been installed, You can go to MS
Outlook 2003, Tools menu & select Project Web Access. There you will see
options related to importing & updating assignments.

You can configure the options in detail by going to MS Outlook 2003 > Tools
menu > Options > Project Web Access tab.

Once you've imported PWA tasks in MS Outlook, they will appear under
Calendar not under tasks in MS Outlook.

Hope this will help.

Faisal,

I don't see 'View and report on your tasks from your Outlook
calendar'

All i see relating to outlook is the option to Transfer nonworking time from
your Outlook Calendar. When i click it and follow the wizard i'm told that
Outlook must be installed first.

In the View Options block i was able to show my outlook tasks.

First of all go to Add Remove programs & maka sure that Project Add-in for
Outlook is there in the list. If its not, then probably you or some one else
might have uninstalled the add-in. In that case you have to reinstall the add
from the PWA add-in link.

That link appears under TASKS tab in PWA. Any way go to PWA homepage & on
top right under logo click 'Work with Outlook to share calendar and task
information.' link. Its the same page.

There is possibility that Project Admin might have disabled that Outlook
Add-in & the links on PWA. I've read in few other posts here that people had
problems with Outlook add-in. I'd suggest confirm with your Project
Administrator about it.
