Outlook to send mail

Hello,

I have both Outlook 2002 and Netscape 7.1. How do I configurate so that
when I am browsing the newspaper and want to send the site to someone, I
will go to Outlook instead of Netscape. I usually click file > send > link
to email.., it then goes to Outlook, but now it goes to Netscape. How do I
change it back to Outlook.

Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs tab. Make Outlook the default for
mail.
