Outlook Today 2003 display blank

I have a customer that when she clicks on the Outlook Today folder the
display is blank. No errors, no nothing. I am wondering if it is a problem
with the homepage. Hers is currently set to:
res://C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\outlwvw.dll/outlook3.htm

Any ideas?
