Outlook Today by Category

Is it possible to view / present Outlook Today information by Category?

I would like to organize by project and depending on the season I may need
to focus on some categories more then others.

I would like to Prioritize and Highlight by schedule.

Maybe the settings would be dictated from my calendar. Maybe there is a
master calendar, where I can call up or drop down "work groups".
