Outlook Today info disappears!

Whenever I try to look at Outlook Today, I briefly see the info on that page.
the it disappears!

I just replace my hard drive. All the data was copied from the old drive by
Western Digital's Data Lifeguard software.

All the files SEEM to be in the right places, but I can't be sure. Also,
when I try Detect and Repair, I get and error:

This patch package could not be opened. Verify that you have this patch
package and that you can access it. Or contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.

Can anyone help?

I read in another post here that utilities that copy drive data often miss
the Windows/Installer folder. I checked and, in fact, the folder was empty.
I re-attached the old drive as a slave and copied the contents of the folder.

Detect and repair seems to be working now.

In fact, it solved the disappearing OT info issue.
