Outlook Today Outlook 2002 w/Exchange Server

My email is delivered to my Personal Folders but I want the Outlook
Today to be the root of the Exchange folders. I want Outlook Today
to display my appointments and tasks which are kept in my Exchange
folders. Email is delivered to my Personal Folders.

I am using Outlook 2002. I DO NOTwant to change the delivery location of my
emails. I DO want Outlook today to be at the root of my Exchange folders. The
calendar cannot be on my personal folders because it cannot be shared. I do
need it shared. I must deliver email to my personal folders to prevent going
oversize limit on my Exchange account. When I open Outlook, I want Outlook
today to show my calendar to help arrange my day. Thank you in advance for

By definition, Outlook Today is the root of your delivery location. If you
want the Exchaneg mailbox to be Outlook Today, then you must select the
mailbox as your delivery location.

I am using Outlook 2002. I DO NOTwant to change the delivery

Then you cannot accomplish what you want because these are mutually
exclusive requirements.

The calendar cannot be on my personal folders
because it cannot be shared. I do need it shared.

The the Exchange mailbox must be your delivery location.

I must deliver
email to my personal folders to prevent going oversize limit on my
Exchange account.

Your best solution, in my opinion, is to create a rule that moves all
incoming items using the "Message" form to your PST. Tools>Rules and
Alerts>New Rule>Start from a blank rule>Check messages when they
arrive>Next. Select the "uses the _form name_ form" condition. Select
"form name" in the lower pane. Change the drop-down at the top left to
"Application Forms". Locate "Message", click Add, then Close. Click Next.
Select the "move it to the _specified_ folder" and "stop processing more
rules" actions. Click "specified" in the lower pane and choose a folder in
your PST and click OK. The "and on this machine only" condition will be
added, since the PST is known only to your Outlook instance. Either click
Finish or click Next, specify any exceptions, then click FInish or click
Next and give it a name.
