Outlook Today Returns to Default When I Click On Personal Folders

I can make my desired changes just fine in Outlook Today, and my change is
reflecred and all is well. If I close and then re-open Outlook, my change is
still there. However, after reading an email and then clicking on my
Personal Folders in my Navigation Pane, my Outlook Today reverts back to the
default look instead of my modified look. What'w the trick here? No doubt
something obvious, but heck, I haven't had my coffee yet. ;-)

Try running a Detect and Repair operation from Outlook's Help menu -- you'll
need to have your Office installation CD handy. If it doesn't fix your
Outlook Today problem, try renaming the file that the folder is pointing to
(Right-click the Outlook Today folder, choose Properties, click the Home Page
tab, and look at the file path), then close Outlook and try Detect and Repair
again.
