Outlook Today View; recurring appointments show as All day

Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.4712.4219) SP-2.
Corporate email environment with MS Exchange Server 2000.

Problem: Recurring appointments show as "All Day" events
in Outlook Today view. Same appointments show with
correct times in Calendar view.

Other information: Same mailbox accessed via multiple
computers (office desktop, laptop, Citrix server).
