Outlook Today Wrong Display Name

Using Microsoft Exchange server - we have a user whose name changed a while
ago and we assigned a new SMTP email address and in AD / AUC. This email
address was promoted to primary. However, the display name for outlook today
is still the old name for the user. Is this something that can be corrected
simply by eliminating the TSPROFILE for the user and recreating a new one or
is there something different I should look at (as eliminating a TSPROFILE is
very destructive).
