Outlook Toolbars

Can I lock toolbars (standard, advanced, web, or some customize) so as in the
internet explorer? Any idea? When I open Outlook, arrange all toolbars so as
I want, close Outlook and when I opet outlook again, all toolbars aren't on
position! Can anybody help me?
