Since converting from Outlook 2002 to the new version of 2003, the tracking
tab now only updates user who have read messages (if a read receipt is
requested) if sent to any distribution list (personal or network list). The
way it used to track these was to list all the members of the list and update
the date and time field when the user read the message which was a visual way
of tracking who read the message and who didn't.
Any way that can be re-enabled?
