Outlook trying to send phantom emails

I can receive emails no problem. But cannot send. I've changed my SMTP to 25,
then 2525, now 587 = no luck. I've tried to Abort 2 msgs via IMsg using
MDBVU32.EXE as well as Outlook Spy = neither can abort the 2 msgs. When I try
either process, both messages return with: MAPI_E_NOT_IN_QUEUE.

What next?
