Outlook trys to install each time I open why?

Frustrated by Errors

I keep getting an error 1706 and it says no valid source could be found for
MS Office 2000 SR-1 disc 2. If I click on cancel each time twice it will go
ahead and open outlook. This is more annoying than anything else and I would
like to fix can you please help?
