outlook unable to connect to email server since upgrading to Outl.

my outlook was working OK previously. Since I upgraded to Outlook 2003, I get
an error message that Outlook is unable to connect to email server. The
problem doesn't seem to be with my ISP because I checked my box and emails
are sitting in my box waiting to go into Outlook.
