outlook unable to follow links

When I try to follow a link on an e mail - a window opens that is called
'locate link browser'.

I have tried with and without firewall and virus software - and used a
couple of types just to check they are not the cause.

This has not been a problem on this PC/outlook before.

Any suggestions?

If Internet Explorer is your web browser, open IE and click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Rset Web Settings.
