outlook - undeliverable mail '501 char' --

When I try to make mass e-mailings to my customers (about 50 at a time) using
OUTLOOK - I receive an 'undeliverable' message with the following explanation:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Fall Picks from US Strings (8)
Sent: 10/09/2007 2:32 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 10/09/2007 2:32 AM
501 char not allowed - <'(e-mail address removed)*'>

Then the balance of the e-mail list follows, each with the same note as above,

What am I doing wrong?

What am I doing wrong?

Asterisk is not a legitimate character in an e-mail address.

Have you asked your e-mail provider what is their anti-spam quota
regarding the maximum recipients per message? Are you using a
business or personal e-mail account for bulk mailing through it?
