We are upgrading our workstation to XP Pro from Win2k Pro. The upgraded
build also upgrades Outlook from the 2000 version to 2003 version. All our
users use roaming profiles. We are having problems with Outlook on the new
build unless we blow away our users old roaming profile. My thought is that
the old registry settings in the roaming profile are incompatible, invalid or
missing for the upgraded Outlook version that is over written when the user
logons. Does any one know of a tool that could reset the outlook setting in
the profile to support Outlook 2003 with out deleting the whole user profile?
