Outlook updates

I am unable to update Outlook with updates;

KB13807 - This update to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 corrects a problem
that may occur when you use the CreateItemFromTemplate method
programmatically to create a form. This update includes previously released
security updates for Outlook 2003.

AND

KB914454 -
This update provides the Junk E-mail Filter in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
with a more current definition of which e-mail messages should be considered
junk e-mail. This update was released in April 2006.

I have successfully downloaded them but each attempt to install them fails,
i have tried both Custom and Advanced installs

Any suggestions?

Hi.

Are you using IE7? I suspect this may be part of the problem. If you
download and manually run the update (KB914454) you will receive an error
message that refers to a registry key that doesn't exist
(UNKNOWN\.prf\prffile\Shellnew). I have created this key but the update still
will not install.

KB913807 I think you mean is ok here and was installed 15\3\06.

The links provided by our MVP friend do not appear to help.
