Outlook URL types

WHat is the URL (outlook://) for a Task Request? I want to
have a link on a page that invokes the Task Request
function.

You cannot use an outlook:// link to create a task request. Those links are for opening folders and *existing* items.

So, there's no way of creating a link or form that will invoke the "New Task
Request" form?

You could use the launcher form to create an individual item in a folder somewhere that launches the task request form -- http://www.slipstick.com/dev/olforms/formlauncher.htm
