Outlook used on 2 different PC's

Dear People

I have Outlook 2003 on one PC and 2007 on another and use both to read my
emails but when i log on one and all my emails are read i cant see them on
download them on the other pc how do i over come that so i can read all sent
messages and recieved message on both pc's? Both PC's are in different
locations and are not on a network

Whilst you can set the accounts on both PC's to leave a copy on the server
for xx days, thereby both PC's would download the same mail, you cannot do
the same for mail you send from Outlook

If you have pop mail accounts check with your mail provider as to whether
they support imap

I do have a google pop mail account and they do support imap so if i changed
the setting from pop to imap would i be able to access recieved and sent mail
from both pc's?

With the Outlook 2003 PC, you'll have to create a rule that moves a copy of
outgoing messages to the IMAP server's Sent Items folder. WIth the Outlook
2007 PC that rule won't be necessary.
