I have a client (of course it's the owner) using outlook 2003
He has one outlook profile
We have configured him to connect to exchange using "rpc over http" for his
main email and set up a pop account to retrieve an additional external email
account. this pop account is delivered to his exchange mailbox as set through
outlook.
Here is the issue. When an email arrives from his external pop account and
he tries to forward it to an internal users the message never arrives. When
we look at the forward his outlook client is sending the message out through
the pop account and not thru the exchange server. We have modified the
options for the pop account only to receive and still the same thing.
any thoughts
please help
