I have a new user who I'm trying to set up on Outlook. Whenever I enter the
users password, another window opens without the password (there's 2 windows
open now 1 that has the password and 1 without it).
After a while of nothing happening, I looked at the task manager and
realized that outlook was using 100% of the CPU.
There was another outlook account configured on the computer before, of an
employee who no longer works for the company. I deleted their account, then
recreated the new users account.
Without trying to log in as the new user (previous attempts end up the same
in that it uses 100% CPU). There are 3 datafiles out there. I suspect
Outlook is still looking at the old user's datafile? I was able to delete 2
of the datafiles, but it wouldn't allow me to delete the default one. Could
something be wrong with that datafile?
