Outlook using Word as e-mail editor

Marilyn

I have a user on Outlook 2002 and Windows XP PRO Service Pack 2. If she has
the preference checked to use Word as her e-mail editor, when she tries to
Reply, it shows the Opening Word as E-Mail Editor box but her e-mail
essentially locks up and has to be closed via task manager. If I un-check
this option, she can work without interruption. Does anyone know why this
would be happening or what the fix is?
Thanks, Marilyn

Diane, She does not have any addins. Could it be her Normal.dot? Thanks,
Marilyn
