Outlook v-cards notes

CAjon

In general, I do not EVER want anyone to see the notes I put in the v-cards I
save of them. However, I have a v-card with my contact information that I
send out to people sometimes and I typed notes in the big box that I would
prefer they see (kind of like a mini advertisement about what I do so that
they wont forget). It doesnt seem to be possible to set it up so that these
notes go out for this selected contact I made a v-card for. Can you make
that happen?

No, it's all of nothing... but Outlook 2007 has capabilities to something
similar to what you want in the signature area.

THough you could open up a saved Outlook 2003 vCard .vcf file and edit it in Notepad to remove any information you don't want to share.
