Outlook VBA and Userforms - (Attachtments)

Could someone help me get started or tell me where to look for the info...

When I get an email with an Certain attachment(s), I need to be able to
click a
buttom that will pop up a form that has a few checkboxes and 1 textbox. (I
was able to do this part.)

then......
when the user clicks the save button on the UserForm, will take the
attachment and save it to a specific
location based on the checkboxes with a new name based on the textbox.

Each attachment needs to go through this proceedure because they may
need to be saved to a different directory with a different name.


Note (The attachments in this case will always be .tiff)

Any Ideas, suggestion to get me started would help.
