outlook view control problem with embedded ~

B

Bob

I am trying to access a public folder using the outlook view control
that has an embedded ~ character as part of the path; ie. \public
folder\~another folder\...

Is there a control character I need to use to offset this so that the
view will show properly?
Thanks

Bring up the web toolbar in Outlook and browse to the folder. It should
show the URL outlook uses using the outlook:// protocol.

Tom,
Unfortunately, that's how I did get the path.
The administrator uses the ~ as the first character in all Folders that
they want to display first in a grouping. The ~ is part of the folder
name in this case.
