Outlook view has changed?

Hi

For some unknown reason, Outlook has started displaying emails in a weird
manner and I have no idea how to change this.

Basically in the message listing, rather than having just a list of emails,
it has now seperated each email with a header bar giving the date recieved,
and each header bar has a +/- sign by it which collapses it / expands it.

Any ideas how to get rid of this?

Go to the View menu and choose a different view. You appear to have
sorted/grouped your mail items by received date/time.

Have you checked the view settings in the View menu > Current View >
Customize Current View
