Outlook View

I have a user who has somehow managed to set their view to show all messages
in bold. They would only like to have unread messagges in bold. How do I go
about changing this?

Cheers,

I only know formatting one folder at a time. Highlight a folder in the
navigation pane, then go to "view" on the main menu. The first thing on the
drop-down is "Arrange by." Go near the bottom of the "Arrange by" drop-down,
click "custom." That gives you the "Customize View: Messages" window. Third
from the bottom is "Other Settings" which lets you alter fonts and other
table view settings. I have only figured out how to set fonts one folder at a
time. When "My Folders" is selected, there is no "Arrange by" on the view
drop-down.
