Outlook VM Size Increases to 1GB

Currently running Outlook 2003 SP1 -- In the course of several hours, Outlook
will eventually come to consume close to 1GB of Virtual Memory which will not
be released. This brings the machine to a crawl -- Only exiting outlook, or
killing the process will release the memory. As a result, I have to restart
outlook many times during the day.

Currently:

Running in Exchange Mode.
Lots of email and rules.
Disabled *ALL* Com and Add-ins.
Running in non-cached exchange mode (although I still have rather large OST
files)

Am suspicious based on what I've read on the Google Desktop Search support
page that this may be related to :
