Outlook VSTO addin delegate problem

I have created an addin using VSTO 2005 which works perfectly, however on
some peoples machines they cannot get to the "Delegate" tab in Outlook
Options it just freezes the whole program.

All my addin does is add 2 buttons to a new toolbar in Outlook, so there
should not be any interaction with anything in Options.

Does anyone have any clues about this one?
