This past week when ever i go to check my email once i'm in outlook for about
30 sec to 1 min i will get an error that tells me that Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to shut down and do i want to send an error
report. Once i click on send report or not send report it will then close
down. If i don't click on anything i can still use outlook. I have virus
and spywear software on my computer that runs everyday and they haven't
produced anything to say i have a virus or spyware. Please let me know what
i need to do this is becoming very frustrating. Thank you all for your help!!

You need to provide further information before anyone can even begin to try
to troubleshoot your problem.

What version of Outlook?
Do you use a PST? If you do, what size is it?
What type of mail account do you have?
What troubleshooting steps have you already taken so no one asks you to do
the same thing over again.
What happens when you send the report to Microsoft? Does it give you a link
to any solutions?
Is your operating system and Microsoft Office up-to-date on available
patches, hotfixes, etc.?
Have you checked Outlook for any incompatible COMs or Add Ins?
Have you checked the application event viewer for any Office-related errors?
Is your antivirus software configured to scan incoming/outgoing email?
Do you have any synch software installed for a handheld or FAX software
installed?
