Hello everyone,
For some reason suddenly, whenever some of my company's users attempt to
their mailbox from outside the office via MS Outlook Web Access the server
responds with the following:
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be
displayed.

Please try the following:
Open the IP ADRESS
ortNumber home page, and then look for links to the
information you want.
Click the Refresh button, or try again later.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
You can also see a list of related sites.
HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer
Some staff ARE able to access their mailbox, but others aren't. They never
used to have this problem, as the issue has only recently cropped up.
We're using Server 2003/Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003, and nothing has changed
within either the server or workstation configurations that would cause the
access problem.
Any suggestions as to where I might look to troubleshoot the issue would be
GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
Shaun.
