Outlook Web Access - Email Reply Graphics Problem

After reading Email, selecting "reply" results in a new window which fails to
display the area for input of text. Instead it shows the square with a red
"x" inside.

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate.

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook, and they may
know something about the crashing.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 because you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
