outlook web access inbox messages not saved

i must use my outlook web access 2003 email for school messages. The inbox
is not saving messages. If I do not read immediately, they are gone from
file. Can not find them anywhere. Please help.

Well, first, OWA is supported in microsoft.public.exchange.clients since it
isn't part of Outlook, it's part of Exchange, but, I think your first stop
should be your school's helpdesk.
