outlook web access - message body is too large error

One of our users receives the following error message when they try to send
an email from Outlook Web Access:

Your message body is too large. Outlook Web Access only supports messages up
to 100K.

The email message is only one sentence long so there is no reason why this
error should occur. Also, this user tried sending the exact same message
from another computer and it worked.

Any reasons why this may occur? Thanks for the help.
