Outlook Web Access - unable to write body of e-mail.

When I try to create a new e-mail I cannot write the body. I can write in
the Subject box, but not in the body. The same thing happens when I try to
reply or forward an e-mail.

Thanks Richard. But I'm accessing our company's Outlook from one of our
customers' internet connection through OWA.
