outlook web access won't remember password

my wife uses outlook web access, but recently it has stopped remembering the
password. even when the box "remember the password" is checked, it has to be
typed back in the next time it is used. i would appreciate any info you can
give. thanks.

Repost to microsoft.public.exchange.clients - OWA is a part of Exchange not
Outlook.
