Outlook Web Access

I recently finished publishing a custom form in Outlook 2003 and I'm being
asked if the form can be accessed via OWA. The form is a custom appointment
in one of our Public Folders.

No. OWA is a browser-based application. It knows nothing about Outlook custom forms.
