Outlook Web Access

Jim Swain

I have an issue that I can not find an answer to and was
wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

We have implemented Outlook Web Access for our company
using a Front End - Back End configuration with the Front
End server in a DMZ and the Back End on our internal
network. We are using an SSL certificate for
authentication as well as RSA Web Security through an RSA
agent and hardware/software fobs. The OWA is working
fine and we are able to get mail but our issue is that we
are unable to insert any attachments or read any
attachments that were sent to us. When we go to insert
an attachment we get an error page that says - "The page
you are looking for might have been removed, had its name
changed, or is temporarily unavailable." it also gives an
HTTP 404 - File not found. When you try to open an
attachment and save it it says - "Internet Explorer
cannot download file" and "Internet Explorer was not able
to open this Internet site. The site is either
unavailable or cannot be found."

Thanks!
