Outlook Web Access

At work, I have Outlook 2003 installed but we access our mail through
"Office Outlook Web Access". Is there any way to access this account using
Outlook 2003?

Ask the folks that run the Exchange server if they allow/permit RPC over
HTTPS connections. If they answer yes, then Outlook 2003/2007 can connect
to an Exchange 2003/2007 server over the internet using the HTTPS protocol.

Yes, you would need to create an Exchange account in Outlook 2003 using the
mail applet in the control panel. You will need to know the name of your mail
server however.
