Outlook Web - Session fails

I have an SBS 2003 server with outlook web enabled and latest updates.

When clicking a URL in an email in outlook web (which requests
/exchweb/bin/redir.asp), A new window opens (correct), but I recieve the
login screen. Even using my correct login details fails to login and follow
the requested link.
On returning to the outlook web interface, clicking on any email/folder/etc
prompts
me to login, although from here i can login successfully.

Anyone got any ideas what may cause this? One of our users even gets the
login screen when clicking 'Send' on a new message, making owa pretty much
useless to him.

Did you change any path in IIS for Exchange after installing exchange.

If you have changed the default file location them MS article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883380/en-us will help you reset
defaults..

Hi Randir,

Thanks for you suggestions. I've fixed the problem now.

It was because i had changed the default domain in the security settings on
the exchange virtual dir so users didn't have to enter it, but not on exchweb.

I'm having the same problem you just solved. can you tell me what you did
to solve this issue (where did you set the security settings on the exchange
virtual dir and exchweb)?
