outlook will close when opening email contains Taiwan font in subj

Outlook will automatically close when I try to open an email whose title
contained some Taiwan charactors. I installed Asain font support in my
windows XP, and checked the Compatibility Configuration box as well. Please
advise what else I should do to this issue, many thanks.
