We had Office 97 on our system but now we've decided to install XP Office
instead.
The installation went fine and everything seems fine and dandy, except
Outlook.
It seems that the installation removed the old Outlook but didn't put the
new one on instead. I've gone through the add / remove utility to try and
install it manually but it won't let me. The option for doing so has an X
over it.
Did we install it incorrectly or has something irregular happened?
