Outlook will not open was working fine friday can't open monday

Simply put outlook will not entirely open only opens as far as the title box that is like the cover pag
that shows the program name and the page also list product licensened to and product id
That is as far as it goes. Tried everything I can think of. Tried using repair program from the disc
Need some new ideas or where to look if a certain problem update was installed
If you send email help please start the subject line with 4-6 xxxxxx so I can find it i
the mail storm.

Locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old. This will reset the Toolbar.
If it doesn't help you can rename it back to outcmd.dat

GRRREAATTT!!!! It Worked Thank you ROADY!! For taking the time to read about my problem and allow me to use the wisdom you had on this matter. I was 1/2 frozen I keep back computers running but this one had the information I needed now. You have been of wonderful service I hope someday I can repay you.
