Outlook will not open when Cache Mode is selected

I have a small exchange organization about 20 users (Exchange 2003). I have
tried to enable Cache Mode on several workstations. When I try to open
Outlook 2003/2007 it hangs before just after it opens. (Nothing is diplayed
except the outlook frame with Min/Max/Close buttons in the top right corner.)

All Oulook clients are running on WinXP Sp2.


Any ideas on how to get it to work?
