Outlook will not open

I have a German version of Office 2000. When I try to
open my Outlook 2000 I get the following error message,

Eine VB Script DLL-Datei konnte nicht registriert werden.
Installieren Sie noch einmal, oder führen Sie
mittels "Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll" die
Selbstregistrierung durch. Beim Erstellen der Datei
FRMCACHE.DAT im Formularverzeichnis ist ein Fehler
aufgetreten.

I have tried both options many time without success, and
as I cannot get to my data, I desperatly need help.
Please help me someone, PLEASE, PLEASE.

Have you tried running "Detect and Repair" (unter Hilfen))

I tried detect & repair (several times), the error
message still came up afterwards.
